EAT BALANCED

In terms of food, there is no “ideal” food. Each food provides varying amounts of nutrients, vitamins, minerals, trace elements, dietary fiber, … necessary for the body to build and live.
A healthy and balanced diet is based on 3 main principles:
Balance: Eating foods from all essential food groups every day
Diversity: care must be taken to vary its diet
Moderation: follow the recommendations of each food group. All foods are not consumed without moderation (eg small “sweets”).
A balanced lifestyle is also based on physical activity, essential to balance energy absorption and energy expenditure. In other words, the daily movement (not necessarily the sport) allows keeping a weight “health”.
